F01 Identification of Claim (Claimant Originated)
To identify a loss or damage claim
F0101 will contain the date of claim.
Reference number or identification number as defined for a particular Transaction Set, or as specified by the Reference Number Qualifier.
F0102, Reference Number, is claimant's claim number.
F0103 is the claim amount.
Standard Carrier Alpha Code
F0104 is the carrier to whom the claim is made.
Code indicating whether documents are provided to support evidence to a loss or damage claim.
Code (Standard ISO) for country in whose currency the charges are specified.
F0106 must be specified if country is other than the United States, and F0106 relates to amount in F0103.
Value to be used as a multiplier conversion factor to convert monetary value from one currency to another.
F0107 relates to F0103 and F0106.
Code designating the system/method of code structure used for Identification Code (67).
P0809: If either F01-08 or F01-09 is present, then the other is required
Code identifying a party.
F0109 is the claimant's code.
