CQ Credentials and Qualifications

P0304: If either CQ-03 or CQ-04 is present, then the other is required
CQ03 and CQ04 indicate the State-assigned credential identifier.

Code indicating how academic credit or a credential was granted by an institution or earned by an individual
CQ06 indicates the predetermined criteria for granting a credential.
Code indicating requirements necessary for an individual to receive or renew a credential
The positionality of occurrences of CQ07 is not significant.
Code indicating a Yes or No condition or response
CQ08 defines whether the credential is renewable. A "Y" indicates that the credential is renewable; an "N" indicates that the credential is not renewable.

CQ09 indicates the current condition of the credential.

CQ10 is the State or Province from which the credential was issued.
