block within the Interchange Mailbag.
Identifies the type of interchange or exchange block content. For an
interchange, this identifier is the name of the interchange control segment.
For an exchange block it is the filename extension if available, for data in
XML syntax this identifier shall be "XML", else it is user defined.
Code indicating the system/method of code structure used to designate the
sender or receiver ID element being qualified
