Test your JSONata expressions within Stedi docs

2 weeks ago we launched the JSONata playground, which allows users to experiment and learn the JSONata language used by Stedi Mappings with a free online tool. Now, with the JSONata embed functionality, we have replaced all of our JSONata examples in our documentation to use the same editor that is in the playground.
