Spotlight: Eliman Dambell @ ReClym Health

A spotlight is a short-form interview with a leader in health tech. In this spotlight, you'll hear from Eliman Dambell, founder of ReClym Health.

What does ReClym Health do?

Behavioral health systems have been built around the clinician's workflow, not the patient's voice.

ReClym captures patient data before, during, and between sessions through voice-powered intake and supervised AI, turning it into clinical intelligence that prevents insurance denials and enables evidence-based care for independent practices.

How did you end up working in health tech?

I've been in therapy for several years. My therapist is great, but we kept losing momentum between sessions; details would get forgotten, and I'd spend time re-establishing things we'd already covered instead of moving forward.

Anyone who's done therapy knows how frustrating it is to constantly recontextualize. I initially wanted to build something to track my own journey, but quickly realized the therapist needs that continuity too. It had to work for both sides. That's when we started ReClym: capture the patient's experience before, during, and between sessions, and give the clinician intelligence they've never had access to.

How does your role intersect with revenue cycle management (RCM)?

In US healthcare, all roads lead to RCM. Over 70% of patients use insurance for therapy, but 80% of behavioral health providers are out of network. We want to change that math.

ReClym gives independent providers the documentation quality and denial prevention infrastructure to accept insurance confidently, without sacrificing their time or their independence.

What do you think RCM will look like two years from now?

An independent provider will be able to see a patient, generate documentation, submit a clean claim, and receive reimbursement in under 3 business days, from one system. The technology exists today. The problem is it's fragmented across multiple tools that don't talk to each other.
