Introducing the redesigned insurance discovery detail page
Insurance discovery checks you submit in the Stedi portal now show their results on a redesigned detail page.

Previously, the detail page listed coverages in the order they were discovered and showed benefits as a static list.
Now, the page uses the same structure as the redesigned eligibility check view. Benefits appear in a filterable table, so you can narrow the list to the benefits you need. The page shows one coverage at a time, starting with the first active coverage when there is one.
Coverage status and benefits
A status banner at the top of each coverage shows its number and status, such as Coverage #1 and Active coverage. Below the banner is the same benefits table the Stedi portal uses for eligibility checks. Its filters help you check coverage for a specific service, estimate patient responsibility, or confirm prior authorization requirements.
Coverage navigation
An insurance discovery check can return several coverages. Some can be inactive or might not match your patient. Verify each one against the demographic information you submitted.
The header shows the coverage count, such as 1 of 4 coverage found. When a check finds more than one coverage, click the count to open a dropdown of every coverage.
