Stedi Platform Partner Demo Day Recap – June 2026

Company

We hosted our first Stedi Platform Partner Demo Day on June 2, 2026.

During the event, seven Stedi Platform Partners demoed RCM functionality they've built on Stedi's APIs – live, to an online audience of developers, operators, and investors working in healthcare.

Here's the full recording. Each demo, with its audience Q&A, is below. Thank you to our presenters and those who attended.

Substrate

Website: https://www.substrateai.com/

Substrate builds AI agents for revenue cycle management, automating AR follow-up, denials management, and more.

Ayo Omojola demoed their eligibility agent for denials teams, built on Stedi eligibility checks.

Q&A from the live session

How do you handle eligibility when a payer doesn't return rich data?
A mix of Stedi, the client's clearinghouse, payer-portal browser agents, and (soon) voice. Anything a human biller can do, we make possible for a machine.

Does your agent only interpret a denial, or also handle it?
Both – we decide the right action and take it. Some clients keep a human on the last mile; in many cases we close the full loop. Today we handle eligibility, medical-necessity/policy, and records-request denials.

Is "voice" humans or AI calling payers?
AI voice agents, not humans.

What automation level do you hit?
We target 75-80% of tasks automated. With large clients like NextGen RCM Services we're north of 90%.

When resolving a denial, when do you require the customer to act?
With a clear answer and write access, we act on their behalf; if there's doubt, we escalate. Some enterprise clients use shared workflow tools without resubmission, so there we provide the decision only.

Tennr

Website: https://www.tennr.com/

Tennr is an agentic patient orchestration platform that moves patients through complex payer requirements at scale.

Dilan Ozkaynak demoed eligibility at intake – verifying coverage the moment a referral arrives – using Stedi insurance discovery and eligibility checks.

Q&A from the live session

Is your insurance-conflict resolution AI or heuristic rules?
Deterministic – payer-specific rules plus signals in the 270/271 like the insurance type code.

Superscript

Website: https://www.superscript.nyc/

Superscript turns insurance benefits into guaranteed upfront prices for healthcare visits. Rahul Naidoo demoed guaranteed patient pricing, built on Stedi's real-time and batch eligibility checks.

Q&A from the live session

How do you handle out-of-network pricing?
An OON result first prompts the front desk to update insurance or switch to self-pay. If the patient continues OON, we price at the payer negotiated rate per code, assuming no cost share. OON benefits are coming soon.

Does the provider integrate directly, or is it automated?
We integrate with the EHR behind the scenes – no tech work for the provider. We train front-desk users on the browser in under an hour.

Can this run in Chrome or as an extension, or is the custom browser required?
The custom browser is required – the surface area is too deep for an extension. It's a Chromium fork, so it's a seamless swap for Chrome users.

Cair Health

Website: https://www.cairhealth.com/

Cair Health is an agentic operating system for coding, claim review, denials, and payer calls.

Ishan Balakrishnan demoed a multi-agent workflow spanning eligibility, coding, and claim submission, built on Stedi eligibility checks and claims.

Q&A from the live session

How does Clark handle bundling across different providers?
A mix of our payer-policy database and custom rules users create. Partners can also connect contract data as context for the agents.

Can the phone agent handle complex calls that usually need a biller?
Yes – dozens of scripts for cases like auths, retro auths, credentialing inquiries, and appeals.

Do you write back to the EMR, and which EMRs?
Yes – Athena, ModMed, Elation, Charm, Healthie, DrChrono, and dozens more.

Veribrance

Website: https://veribrance.com/

Veribrance automates insurance benefits verification and patient cost estimates for providers. Kashyap Purani demoed procedure-level benefits verification and patient estimates, built on Stedi eligibility checks.

Q&A from the live session

Can customers get a detailed PDF, and what's the cost per check?
Yes – PDF, Excel, or API. Pay-per-check is a fraction of the cost of calling a payer, and includes accurate patient estimates.

Verified

Website: https://verified.inc/

Verified is a one-click patient onboarding platform. Aidan McCarty demoed onboarding that autofills a new patient's details and active insurance from just a phone number, using Stedi eligibility checks.

Q&A from the live session

How does dependent or secondary coverage work?
We find all active policies, including dependent and secondary coverage. Minors covered as dependents are more complex.

Does pulling demographics from a phone number raise privacy concerns?
There's required consent language you must show (docs.verified.inc). In practice autofill tends to boost trust; the most privacy-concerned users simply opt out.

Neuriphy

Website: https://www.neuriphy.ai/

Neuriphy is an AI platform for healthcare revenue operations, powered by a proprietary healthcare LLM.

Aman Arora and Shubham Vashist demoed Neuriphy's autonomous financial clearance functionality, built on Stedi eligibility checks, plus denial management using Stedi ERAs and real-time claim status checks.
