What does Zynix AI do?

Zynix AI helps healthcare organizations run better operations using AI. We bring together data, workflows, and intelligent agents into one platform so teams don’t have to rely on manual processes anymore. Whether it’s patient outreach, scheduling, or closing care gaps, we automate a lot of the heavy lifting so providers can focus more on patients and less on admin work.

How did you end up working in health tech?

I started my career building systems in tech, but over time, I realized healthcare had some of the most complex and unsolved operational problems. When I saw how much of it still runs on manual workflows and fragmented systems, it felt like a space where we could actually make a meaningful impact. That’s what led me to start building in healthcare and eventually co-founding Zynix AI.

How does your role intersect with revenue cycle management (RCM)?

Even though we’re not a traditional RCM company, a lot of what we build directly impacts it. Things like accurate data capture, patient engagement, scheduling, and documentation all feed into the revenue cycle.

My role is making sure our systems integrate cleanly with EHRs and billing workflows so that downstream processes like coding, claims, and payments become smoother and more predictable.

What do you think RCM will look like two years from now?

I think RCM is going to look very different. A lot of the repetitive, manual work will be handled by AI. Instead of reacting to denials or errors after the fact, systems will catch and fix issues in real time.

Teams will be smaller but more efficient, and the focus will shift more toward improving outcomes and patient experience rather than just processing claims.
