How did you end up working in health tech?

Doctors and staff are our friends, we’ve been helping them for years. Health tech became a home for our bold ideas. Call it fate, it pulls in the right people and gives them the resources to build. At some point, it stopped making sense to keep it small. So we started turning it into a global solution.

How does your role intersect with revenue cycle management (RCM)?

We’re not focused on RCM tools and functionalities. Our concept is to redesign the core of the brain and build an environment around it, rather than just create another “revolutionary AI-RCM.”

What do you think RCM will look like two years from now?

It will look the same as it did 20-30 years ago, unless every doctor and every clinic has Sphere in their daily workflow. And we’re here to make that inevitable.
