Notifications
Stedi sends notifications through two channels: in-app (the bell icon in the navigation bar) and email. You can manage your notification preferences from the Notifications page in your account settings.
Notification categories
Stedi sends you notifications about the following:
Transaction enrollments
Stedi sends notifications when a transaction enrollment request changes status to PROVISIONING, PROVIDER ACTION REQUIRED, LIVE, or REJECTED.
- Who: The email set as the Stedi contact person
- What: In-app notifications, plus a batched email once per hour with all updates.

Account activity
Stedi sends notifications for the following account activity:
- You're invited to a new account.
- Who: The invited user
- What: In-app and email notifications
- Your account or account update is reviewed and approved.
- Who: All account users
- What: In-app and email notifications
- A user requests to join your account.
- Who: Account admins only
- What: In-app and email notifications

Manage notification preferences
You can control which notifications you receive from the Notifications page in your account settings. Check or uncheck the boxes to opt in or opt out for each notification category.
Please note:
- Default is opt-in: All notifications are enabled by default.
- Preferences are per user: Your notification preferences apply across all Stedi accounts you can access. They're tied to your signed-in user, not to a specific account.
- Independent channels: Turning off email delivery for a notification type doesn't affect in-app delivery, and vice versa.
